Private Thomas McGee, East Lancashire Regiment, was killed in action on May 12th 1917.
Aged 27, he was in the Territorials for a number of years previous to the war; in fact, he had finished his time and enlisted again twelve months before war broke out.
He lived at 25, Higher Lane, Haslingden, had been a weaver at Vale Mill, and was connected with St. Mary's Catholic Church.
